Oh My Gershness!!! My emotions are all over the place right about now. Jane suffered with a disease that put her in a wheel chair at a young age. All she ever wanted was for people to treat her normal. Until she met Nolan. Nolan, what a wonderful soul. He never expected his life to lead to Jane, but sometimes the best things come when we are least expecting them. Nolan and Jane’s friendship is true, and it progresses into a beautiful love story. If you are looking for a great read that has real life issues, real friendships, real love, and a lot of happy tears and sad tears, then this is for you! Q. What is your life motto?
A. Smile. Even if it kills you just smile. My mother taught me a long time about to laugh at the hard things in life and smile during the worst moments life has to throw at you.
Q. What is the hardest part of becoming an author?
A. Getting people to pay attention to what you put so much time into.
Q. Where do you get your inspiration for your books?
A. Life. I mean let’s go allll the way back to Monster. The cover model is my niece, Amy. When I was writing that particular story, I thought of how Amy would handle the situations I was putting Finnegan into. And PRESTO!
Q. What is the best and worst parts of writing?
A. The best part is getting people to feel the characters. The worse part is getting stuck on one story so just starting another until the mojo comes back lol
Q. What is your most memorable moment?
A. At the risk of sounding like a nerd … meeting Alice in the Magic Kingdom at Disney World lol I couldn’t say a damn thing to her. I just stared.
Q. Is there any place you would like to visit, and why?
A. Well, there’s Spain because technically that’s the Motherland. (I’m Puerto Rican) and then there’s Greece because HAVE YOU SEEN THEIR MEN?! *swoon*
Q. Which is your favorite character from your books and why?
A. Caelum. Omg Caelum. He’s the main focus in the Unwound books and he goes through so much hell. But he keeps his focus and determination and still manages to find pity for his tormentor.

A. KIM HARRISON!

A. Clowns. Just … No.
Q. What can we expect from you next?
A. Another contemporary romance, the last book in The Infernal Paradise series, a boxed set with some amazing authors, a horror/gore fest about a freakshow.
