I really wanted to like this book, and I eventually did enjoy it.
However, I spent probably half the book strongly disliking the fmc (female main character).
But, I need to say that by the end, I was rooting for her!
Because it was hard for me to get into it, and I could not connect with Emily, I had to give this book 3.75 to 4 stars.
I do think the premise was good, and it was very well written, (aside from not always immediately understanding the sayings) it is set in a small town around London.
I would recommend this, as it is quite funny, and sort of makes you take a look at yourself as well.
